CVMatch AI provides AI-powered resume optimization, ATS keyword matching, job description parsing, and PDF export services. The Service is intended for individual professional use. We use artificial intelligence to analyze and generate content based on information you provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

CVMatch AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Saweria). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI system, scraping or automated access without permission, submitting false or misleading information, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or reselling access to the Service without authorization.

CVMatch AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CVMatch AI and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated resume content produced for you remains yours to use. You grant CVMatch AI a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

CVMatch AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job offers or interview callbacks. In no event shall CVMatch AI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
